Roughly grate the carrots and zucchini. Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until creamy. Stir in eggs one at a time. Mix in the flour, nuts, baking powder and milk. Fold in the vegetables.
Pour the batter into a greased and flour-dusted bundt cake or pan. Bake at 175 ° C for about 1 hour. Let cool down.
