Sweets with White Chocolate, Poppy Seeds and Lemon Curd

Chocolate and lemons can be used to make an incredibly delicious sweetness – poppy seeds. The process is not the most difficult, few ingredients are also required, but the result of your work will please you. Pets will definitely appreciate this delicacy.

Prepare the food you need. I used white aerated chocolate and white chocolate with coconut and almonds.
Wash the lemons thoroughly with hot water and baking soda. Using a fine grater, remove the zest from the lemons, put it in a saucepan.
Squeeze the juice from the lemons, strain to make sure there are no seeds.
Pour lemon juice into a saucepan. Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Add two yolks to the saucepan. (No egg whites needed.)
Add sugar.
Whisk the mixture thoroughly until smooth.
Place the saucepan in a water bath. While heating slowly, bring the contents of the saucepan to a boil. Boil the mixture for about 10 minutes, until visibly thickened. Be sure to stir the mixture with a whisk while cooking.
If desired, you can rub the mixture through a fine sieve to achieve a completely uniform smooth Kurdish texture. Remove the saucepan from the water bath and add the butter.
Whisk the mixture with butter. Lemon Kurd is ready. Let it cool down.
For the chocolate base, break the white chocolate into pieces and place it in a saucepan. Add cream.
Place the saucepan in a water bath and melt the chocolate and cream while stirring.
Add poppy seeds.
Stir the chocolate and poppy seeds until smooth.
Fill the bottom and coat the sides of the silicone molds with chocolate. Place the mold in the freezer to set the chocolate for 5-10 minutes. Leave the chocolate mass in a water bath so that it does not thicken.
Then put about an incomplete teaspoon of lemon curd in each mold – this will be the filling of the candies.
(I have a little Kurdish left. It can be used to make other dishes or simply spread on bread or bun instead of jam.)
Then put the chocolate mass on the Kurd, tamping slightly. Put the candies back in the freezer.
Let the white chocolate candies freeze completely, only then can you taste this chocolate-poppy treat. You need to store sweets in the refrigerator.
