  • 2 Table spoons milk
  • 50 g cheese, rated
  • 20 g pine nuts

Instructions

  1. Wash the chard, cut the thick stalks slightly from behind so that they cook faster. Cook the pasta and Swiss chard together in plenty of salted water until the pasta is al dente, the Swiss chard is also done.
  2. Meanwhile, dice the onion and fry it with the bacon in a pan with a little butter. Drain the pasta and chard and pour half of them into a greased ovenproof baking dish. Then bacon and onions on top and the second half of pasta and chard on top. Season with pepper from the mill and sprinkle the pine nuts on top. Mix the crème fraiche with the milk until smooth and stir in the grated cheese. Season with pepper and nutmeg and spread on the baking dish.
  3. Bake the whole thing in the oven at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes, done.
