  • 300 g mountain cheese
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 onion (s), finely chopped
  • 250 ml cream
  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch
  • Seasoning salt, e.g. Aromat
  • pepper
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

  1. Grease a round springform pan. Place the puff pastry in such a way that it lines the entire springform pan, including the edge. For this you have to partially cut it up. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Grate the mountain cheese and mix with the remaining ingredients. Season to taste with seasoned salt and pepper and then pour into the springform pan.
  3. Bake the cake for 40 minutes until it is really brown on top. Then let it cool down for about 15 minutes.
