- 1 bell pepper (s)
- 200 g Emmentaler
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 kg sausage meat (sausage filling)
- oil
- 1 pork loin (s)
- salt and pepper
- 100 g ham, raw, sliced
- 1 carrot (s), optional

- You still need a roasting tube. Dice the paprika, Emmental and onion and then mix with the sausage filling.
- A flexible surface, e.g., a baking mat, rub with oil and spread the mixture on it in a rectangular shape. Season the loin with salt and pepper and place in the center of the mixture. Now roll it up and simply put it in the roasting tube. Put a few slices of raw ham on top.
- If you want, you can add carrots, peppers and onions to the roasting tube for your own sauce and let them cook. Then put it in the tube at 200 ° C and let it cook for about 1 1/2 hours.
