Ingredients

  • 1 roll, dry
  • 0.5 Β½ bell pepper (s), red
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 300 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 small egg (s)
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Β½ pepper
  • 75 g cheese (Gouda), medium-aed
  • 70 g butter
  • Paprika powder
  • 0.5 Β½ bunch chives

Instructions

  1. Soak the roll in a little warm water.
  2. Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds and the white dividers and cut into small cubes. Peel and finely dice the onion.
  3. Mix the minced meat with the squeezed out bun, eggs and diced onions well. Season with the mustard, salt and pepper. Cut the cheese into cubes and mix in with the pepper cubes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  5. Brush a baking pan thinly with a little butter. Shape the minced meat mixture into a loaf with wet hands, place in the baking pan and sprinkle thinly with paprika powder. Heat the rest of the butter and pour it over the meatloaf.
  6. Put the roast in the hot oven and cook for about 25 minutes.
  7. Let the finished meatloaf rest for 3-5 minutes.
  8. Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into fine rolls. Garnish the meatloaf with it.
  9. Diced fried potatoes and a green salad also taste particularly good.
