Ingredients

  • 200 g taliatelle
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 450 g spinach leaves, frozen, (thawed)
  • 125 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tablespoon parmesan, freshly grated
  • 300 g brunch, (Fine Herbs spread)
  • salt and pepper

Tagliatelle with Brunch and Spinach Sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté in a pan.
  3. Add the spinach, pour in the vegetable stock, bring to the boil and simmer covered for approx. 5 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in the brunch and parmesan, season with salt and pepper. Mix with the tagliatelle.
