Ingredients

  • 500 g ribbon noodles, (others do too, course)
  • 400 ml cream
  • 200 g Goronzola
  • 4 tablespoon parmesan
  • salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg

Tagliatelle with Gorgonzola Cream

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta in a saucepan.
  2. Bring the cream to the boil, then reduce the heat. Cut the Gorgonzola into pieces and add to the cream. Stir and simmer for about 5 minutes so that the sauce thickens. Stir well again and again. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour the sauce over the pasta and sprinkle some parmesan on top.
