Ingredients

  • 300 g ribbon noodles
  • 1 packet mushrooms
  • 2 carrot (s)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 250 ml cream
  • 150 ml vegetable stock
  • Parmesan
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 50 g butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • flour

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salt water until al dente.
  2. Cut carrots into cubes, mushrooms into slices. Finely chop the parsley, as well as the garlic and onion. Heat the butter in a pan. Add the mushrooms, carrots, garlic, onion and parsley. Fry properly. Then pour the cream and vegetable stock on top. If the sauce is a little thin, dust it with a little flour. Fold in the grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Possibly add the ribbon noodles to the sauce.
