Ingredients

  • 300 g sesame paste, untreated
  • 300 g water
  • 1 large lemon (s), juice it
  • 2 clove (s) garlic, roughly chopped
  • 1 handful parsley, smooth, roughly chopped
  • salt
  • cumin

Instructions

  1. I`m tired of being ruined my favorite dish with various additional unnecessary stuff, so I decided to save the recipe from the ultimate good tahini.
  2. Put the sesame paste, water, lemon juice, garlic and parsley in a tall container and puree with the blender. Season to taste with salt and crushed cumin. Cool and enjoy.
  3. Tahini is served as a sauce on very finely cut, mixed salad made from tomatoes, cucumber, spring onions, fresh coriander, parsley and a little mint.
  4. Do not add any oil or yoghurt!
