Ingredients

  • 100 g sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 dash sesame oil, toasted, or nut oil

Instructions

  1. Toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan.
  2. Be careful not to let it burn! Work into a paste in a mortar with salt. Add enough olive oil to make a homogeneous, spreadable paste.
  3. Flavor with a little lemon juice and roasted sesame oil and fill into a sterile screw gas.
  4. The sesame paste can be kept in the refrigerator for several months. Make sure, however, that you always use a clean spoon to remove your tahini sesame paste.
