Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 3 egg (s)
  • 90 g suar
  • 1 point vanilla pudding powder, approx. 40 g
  • 60 g flour

For the filling:

  • 250 g quark, (40%)
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • 1 point gelatin
  • 600 g sweet cream
  • 2 cans tangerine (s)

Instructions

  1. Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites until stiff and let the sugar trickle in. Whisk the egg yolks and fold in. Mix the vanilla pudding and flour, sieve and fold in.
  2. Bake in a springform pan at 160 ° C for 15 minutes.
  3. After cooling, place a cake ring around the base.
  4. Mix the quark with sugar and vanilla sugar. Fold in the gelatin dissolved according to the package instructions and the whipped cream. Finally add the drained mandarins and fold in carefully. Remove a few mandarins beforehand to decorate.
  5. Put the filling on the bottom and smooth it out. Put in the fridge overnight.
