Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 50 g butter
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 100 ml milk, approx.

For the cream:

  • 125 g yourt
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

For covering:

  • 1 large can (s) apricot (s), drained

For the sprinkles:

  • 75 g butter
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 100 g flour

Instructions

  1. Grease a springform pan and chill.
  2. For the dough, stir the butter with the sugar until frothy. Mix flour with baking powder and stir with the butter mixture so that an initially crumbly mixture is formed. Then add the milk and knead everything into a smooth dough.
  3. Line the prepared form with it so that an approx. 2.5 cm high edge is created. Then put the mold back in the refrigerator.
  4. Now for the crumble mix the flour, sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the butter in flakes and mix everything with a hand mixer or by hand into sprinkles of the desired size. Chill too.
  5. Meanwhile preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat.
  6. For the cream, mix the yoghurt with the creme fraiche, sugar and starch.
  7. Pour the cream on the prepared dough, cover with the drained apricot halves.
  8. Finally, distribute the sprinkles as evenly as possible.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes.
