Ingredients

  • 1 pack batter for tarte flambée, approx. 300 g, from the cooling shelf
  • 250 g crème fraîche, or sour cream
  • 1 medium onion (s), red
  • 1 small clove garlic, possibly
  • 3 m. Large mushrooms, brown
  • 3 spring onion (s)
  • 200 g oat cheese, roll
  • Pepper, black, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Roll out the tarte flambée dough on the baking sheet and brush with crème fraîche or sour cream. Slice the red onion into thin rings and place on top. Clean the mushrooms, cut them into thin slices and spread them on the dough as well. Clean the spring onions, cut off the roots, cut into rings and also spread on the dough. If you like it, cut a clove of garlic into very small cubes and put them on top.
  2. Cut the goat cheese roll into thin slices and spread on the dough. Sprinkle with a little fresh pepper from the mill. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 15-20 minutes.
