Ingredients
- 500 g minced meat (turkey)
- 300 g rice, cooked al dente
- 2 large carrot (s)
- 1 large onion (s)
- 1 can corn
- 200 ml cream
- 150 ml milk
- 1 egg (s)
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, noble sweet

- Fry the minced meat with the diced onion, season with salt and pepper. Peel and finely slice the carrots, add to the mince and fry them. Add paprika powder.
- Mix the cream with the milk, the egg, a little salt, pepper and paprika powder.
- Put the cooked rice in a casserole dish, spread the minced meat flat over it, then add the drained corn. Spread the cream mixture over the casserole and finally sprinkle cheese over it.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for 30 minutes.
- A cucumber salad goes well with it.
