Tender and Soft Curd Casserole with Carrots

Delicate and bright curd casserole with carrots is perfect for breakfast, light dinner, or as a dessert with a low-calorie content.

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese – 350 g
  • Carrots – 200 g
  • Kefir – 140 ml
  • Semolina – 100 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Butter – 10 g (for greasing the mold)

Directions

  1. Pre-fill the semolina with kefir and leave for 30 minutes.
  2. Rub the peeled carrots on a fine grater. We turn on the oven and heat it up to 200 degrees. Add the egg and sugar to the curd.
  3. Grind the curd thoroughly with a fork (you can use a blender or food processor).
  4. You should get a homogeneous mass. Add semolina to the curd and mix thoroughly.
  5. Add the curd mass to the grated carrots. We mix.
  6. Put the resulting mass in a greased baking dish and send it to the oven for 30 minutes. Let the casserole cool down.
  7. Curd casserole with carrots is ready.
