Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except for the flour until frothy. Now add the flour and knead everything well, possibly using the dough hook of the food processor. Let the finished dough rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  2. Roll out the dough, cut out shapes and bake at 165 ° C for approx. 10 - 12 minutes.
