Ingredients

  • 1 piece (s) ginger, fresh (walnut-sized)
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder, spicy
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice or lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cane sugar
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 600 g skinless chicken breast fillet (s)
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the ginger and grate finely. Then mix well with curry, soy sauce, lime juice, cane sugar and oil.
  2. Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into strips. Then mix with the marinade and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  3. Then stick the meat on 12 kebab skewers and put them on the grill. After grilling, season with salt and pepper.
