Thai Tuna Ceviche

This delicious Thai tuna ceviche recipe is very simple yet incredibly delicious. Fresh, uncooked, tuna blends harmoniously with all the ingredients and the hot sauce.
We will prepare this unusual snack at home in just 10 minutes.
When serving snacks, we make a beautiful Iceberg salad substrate.

Ingredients

  • Tuna fillet – 350 g
  • Iceberg salad – 1 pc.
  • Chili pepper – 1 pc.
  • Parsley – 20 g
  • Lime – 1 pc.
  • Olive oil – 100 g
  • Ginger – 10 g
  • Soy sauce – 20 g
  • Sesame oil – 20 g

Directions

  1. Chop the fish fillet very finely together with the parsley and half a chili pepper. Mix everything thoroughly.
  2. Grate the ginger on a fine grater, transfer it to a small container, add lime juice, soy sauce, sesame, and olive oil there.
  3. Mix the sauce with tuna, you get a very juicy and beautiful mixture.
  4. Now you need to cut the Iceberg salad into 6-8 pieces and put it on a plate, put the tuna filling on top of the greens.
