Thin Pancakes with Milk, with Coconut Flakes

Fragrant thin pancakes with milk with coconut flakes are easy, quick, and simple to prepare. Such sweet pancakes with an unusual crunch of coconut flakes are a completely independent delicacy or an excellent base for patches!

Cook: 30 minutes

Servings: 3

Ingredients

  • Milk – 0.5 l
  • Wheat flour – 160-180 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Coconut flakes – 100 g

Directions

  1. Sift flour (160-180 gone glass of 250 ml or slightly more) into a deep bowl.
  2. Add egg and sugar.
  3. Pour in milk and vegetable oil.
  4. Mix thoroughly until smooth. The thickness of the pancake dough should resemble liquid sour cream.
  5. Heat a frying pan over medium heat. If the frying pan has a good non-stick coating, you don’t need to grease it. If you are unsure about your pan, it is best to grease it with vegetable oil.
    Pour about a ladle of dough into the pan and distribute over the bottom, gently tilting the pan to the sides. Immediately, until the pancake has set, sprinkle it with coconut flakes. Fry the pancake for about 1-2 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Fry the rest of the pancakes in the same way.
