Ingredients

  • 1 pack boiled ham, approx. 200 g
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • 0.25 ¼ leek stick (s), approx. 50 g
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise, possibly a little more
  • 2 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon agave syrup or a pinch sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the boiled ham, spring onions and leek very small.
  2. Boil the eggs hard, let them cool and peel them. Divide each egg in half, remove the yolks and place in a separate bowl.
  3. Mash the egg yolks with a fork. Mix with salt, pepper, mayonnaise, cream cheese and agave syrup or a pinch of sugar and stir everything well. It should have a paste-like consistency and not become too runny.
  4. Also cut or chop the egg white very finely.
  5. Mix all ingredients together. Let the dip soak for at least an hour.
  6. Tastes great as a spread or as a dip for grilling.
