Ingredients

  • 400 g Mett (Thurinian)
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 1 large can (s) mushrooms
  • 1 large can (s) tomato (s), peeled
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 packet cream cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • Tabasco
  • oregano
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • possibly chilli flakes
  • possibly pizza seasoning

Instructions

  1. Sear the Thuringian Mett with the finely chopped onion. Briefly sweat the tomato paste, add the canned tomatoes and chop up a little with a fork. Add the mushrooms with the mushroom water and bring to the boil.
  2. Stir in the cream and cheese, season with salt, pepper, Tabasco and oregano to taste. You can also use pizza seasoning and chilli flakes.
