Ingredients

  • 4 fish fillet (s), (goldfish fillets) 200 g each
  • salt
  • Pepper, whiter
  • Lemon juice
  • Flour
  • oil
  • 100 g pork belly, thinly sliced
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), red
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), green
  • 125 g cheese, (Brie)

Instructions

  1. Wash the fish, pat dry, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with lemon juice and let it steep for a moment. In the meantime, peel and dice the onion, dice the paprika, and cut the bacon into thin strips. Turn the fish in flour and fry in the hot oil for 2 minutes on both sides, place in a baking dish. Briefly fry the bacon in the residue, add the onion and continue frying. Add paprika and fry briefly. Spread the mixture over the fish fillets. Cut the cheese into slices and place over the vegetable mixture. Bake the mold in a hot oven at 200 ° C top heat for approx. 4-5 minutes.
  2. Serve the fish with risotto and salad.
