Ingredients

  • 8 fish fillet (s) (tilapia fillet)
  • 1 mozzarella
  • 100 g tomato (s), dried, in oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 teaspoons cream cheese (with or without herbs)
  • 3 tablespoon porcini mushrooms, dried (soaked)
  • 1 lemon (s), untreated
  • 3 olives, black, without a core
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 8 slices ham, raw or air-dried bacon
  • 250 ml wine, white, dry

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to approx. 200C. (So that the ham is a little crispy on top!!!)
  2. Puree all ingredients except fish, onion and lemon until you have a nice farce, season it with salt and pepper.
  3. 4 Season the fish fillet and coat thickly with the farce. Place the second fillet on top and wrap the ham so that everything holds together. Place in a baking dish.
  4. Peel the zest of the lemon with a zest and chop finely. Squeeze the lemon. Roughly chop the onion and sweat half of the lemon peel in olive oil and deglaze with lemon juice and white wine and season to taste. But not too much, as the ham still gives off plenty of flavor.
  5. Pour the whole thing over the fish, spread the rest of the lemon zest on it and put it in the oven for about 20 minutes.
  6. Very good for a lot of people too, because it is good to prepare.
  7. We munched a salad and fresh ciabatta with it!
