Ingredients

  • 8 apricot (s), ripe
  • 100 g butter, cold
  • 80 g marzipan paste
  • 120 grams flour
  • 60 g suar
  • 4 tablespoon apricot liqueur or orange liqueur
  • 2 pinches cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Stone the apricots, cut into wedges and place in a flat casserole or tart dish, drizzle with the liqueur and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  2. Knead the butter, marzipan mixture, flour and sugar to make crumbles, spread over the apricots and bake at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes until the crumble is nice and crispy.
  3. The crumble tastes lukewarm best.
