- 4 apples
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 handful raisins
- 1 tablespoon rum
- 100 g walnuts
- 1 teaspoon oil (variety as desired, but better tasteless)

- Wash the raisins, drain them and soak them in the rum. Chop the walnut kernels.
- Peel and grate the carrots and apples (by hand or food processor).
- Fold all remaining ingredients into the apple and carrot mixture and enjoy.
