Ingredients

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 300 ml cream
  • 4 tablespoon banana liqueur
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ vanilla flavor
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 80 ml water
  • 6 banana (s)
  • 25 ladyfingers

Instructions

  1. Prepare a 16 x 25 cm baking pan / baking dish.
  2. Mix the mascarpone, cream, banana liqueur and vanilla flavor. Then mix cocoa powder, powdered sugar and water in another bowl. Cut the banana into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Dip one side of the ladyfingers into the cocoa-liqueur mixture and place in the mold with the now moist side facing down. Brush with mascarpone cream and spread a layer of bananas on top. Put another layer of sponge fingers on top and cover it with the rest of the mascarpone whipped cream. Now spread the rest of the bananas on top, decorate them with chocolate chips and put everything in the fridge for 4 hours.
