Ingredients
- 150 g feta cheese
- 150 g sheep yourt
- 30 ml olive oil, ideally: cold-pressed
- 0.5 ½ small pointed peppers, red
- 1 small chilli pepper (s), red
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ paprika powder, noble sweet

- Cut the pointed peppers into small cubes. Cut the chilli pepper into small pieces.
- Mix the feta, sheep yoghurt and olive oil, crushing the feta with a fork so that it becomes a homogeneous mass. Alternatively, a hand blender can also be used. Mix in the paprika cubes, chilli pieces and paprika powder, holding back a few paprika cubes. Season the mass again and again, in particular the amount of chilli and bell peppers should be adapted to taste / tolerance.
- Scatter the remaining diced paprika over the finished mixture as a decoration.
