Toast Bread Appetizer with Shrimps and Fresh Vegetables

Snack cake made from sandwich (toasted) bread, with low-calorie Caesar sauce, shrimps, quail eggs.

Ingredients

  • Toast bread (Harrys) – 2 slices
  • Cocktail shrimps – 20 g
  • Quail egg – 3 pcs.
  • Soy sauce – 2 teaspoon
  • Cherry tomato – 1 pc.
  • Fresh cucumber – 20 g
  • Processed cheese for sandwiches – 1 pc.
  • Lettuce leaf – 5 g
  • For Caesar sauce:
  • Anchovy (fillet) – 10 g
  • Garlic – 1 tooth
  • Capers – 8 g
  • Parmesan cheese – 15 g
  • Light mayonnaise – 80 g
  • Cream 22% – 80 g

Directions

  1. Let’s start with the sauce. It turns out to be incredibly light in taste and tender. After all, the original Caesar sauce is, in fact, mayonnaise with the addition of sourness (capers) and piquancy (anchovies). But this is mayonnaise)) In the same sauce, we reduce the fat content by adding cream. From these ingredients, I got 190 grams of sauce. The recipe needs 3 teaspoon.
