Toast with Cottage Cheese and Canned Peaches

A simple and delicious breakfast with a minimum of ingredients – toast with cottage cheese and canned peaches. Delicate curd mass with the aroma of vanilla, raisins, and canned peaches, served on brown croutons, is a great start to the day!

Ingredients

  • Bread (baguette or toast) – 8 slices
  • Cottage cheese – 150 g
  • Canned peaches – 2 pcs.
  • Raisins – 40 g
  • Condensed milk – 1 tbsp
  • Vanillin – on the tip of a knife
  • or vanilla sugar – 1 teaspoon
  • Butter – 30 g

Directions

  1. Making toast. Grease slices of bread with butter on both sides.
  2. We spread the sandwiches in a dry preheated frying pan and fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
  3. Cooking curd mass. Pour boiling water over the raisins and let stand for a couple of minutes. Then we drain the water.
  4. Cut the peaches into small cubes, leaving a couple of slices to decorate the toast.
  5. In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, raisins, chopped peaches, condensed milk, and vanillin (or vanilla sugar).
  6. Mix thoroughly.
  7. Spread the curd mass on toast and garnish with peach slices.
