Tobacco Chicken

Maybe it’s the right word for tappaca chickens, and this is a Georgian dish, for me it was, is, and will be a Soviet dish called “Chicken Tobacco”. It was served everywhere – in restaurants and cooked at home. Probably, chicken tobacco is one of the most famous and demanded dishes in Soviet times. Just, until “I can’t” and delicious – fingers licking!
Cook: 55 minutes Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Chicken (broiler) – about 1 kg
  • Salt is the taste
  • Black pepper tastes good
  • Garlic – 4-5 teeth
  • Vegetable oil – 1-2 st. L.

Directions

  1. Take a small chicken weighing up to 1 kg. Brush your teeth with 5 garlic.
  2. Salt, black pepper, and squeezed out with a garlic fork well stirred. I also added some vegetable oil.
  3. We chop up the chicken and chop it.
  4. Rub it with the compound.
  5. Put the chicken on a heated pan of butter. You have to put some weight on top of it, like a pot of water. We fry the tobacco chicken for 15-20 minutes on one side, then 15-20 minutes on the other side, until the golden crust.
