Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate with butter (put the chocolate with the butter in small pieces in a microwaveable bowl and place in the microwave for 3 x 30 seconds, stir every 30 seconds). Let the chocolate butter cool down. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs until frothy. Stir in the cooled chocolate butter. Mix in the flour and salt quickly, otherwise it will be tough. Now quarter the toffee candy and fold in.
  3. Line a brownie baking pan (25 x 21 cm) with parchment paper. Pour in the batter and bake on the middle rack for 25 minutes.
