Sift the flour, baking powder and salt and mix well.
Mix the melted butter with the sugar (white, brown and vanilla sugar) and the pudding powder and beat with a hand mixer for about 3-4 minutes until creamy. Then stir in the eggs one by one. Gradually add the flour. Chop the toffifee and add to the batter.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut off small portions with the teaspoon and place on the paper.
