- 1 packet mozzarella
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
- Vinegar, (honey vinegar)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon pesto, green
- 1 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
- possibly balsamic cream
- possibly basil

- Cut tomatoes into slices. Salt and pepper. Then put vinegar and oil on top. Cut the mozzarella into slices and place on top of the tomatoes. Mix the honey, mustard and pesto together and spread over the mozzarella with a teaspoon. Finally season with basil and balsamic cream.
