- 550 g tomato (s)
- 200 g paprika
- 1 small onion (s)
- 100 g olive oil
- some salt and pepper
- some herbs Provence
- some honey
- 2 cloves garlic)

- Peel and cut tomatoes, peppers, onions and garlic cloves and place in a saucepan. Add the oil, honey and spices and puree the mixture for 3 minutes. Then season a little.
- Pour into clean glasses.
- The pesto can be kept refrigerated for 4 - 6 weeks.
