Ingredients

  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 200 g tomato (s)
  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1 apple
  • 2 tablespoon peanut cream or peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 100 ml water
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
  • basil
  • oregano
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the onion. Sweat in heated olive oil. Add the tomatoes, the chopped apple and the chickpeas and sauté briefly. Mix the water and flour so that there are no more lumps and add to the pan to thicken. Add the peanut butter and let it boil briefly. Add the cinnamon and the spices, season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
  2. Whole wheat pasta or cereals go well with it.
