  • 1 packet puff pastry, fresh or frozen
  • 4 medium tomato (s)
  • 1 cheese (goat cheese roll)
  • 4 sprigs rosemary
  • salt and pepper
  • Oregano, dried
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
  2. If necessary, defrost and roll out the puff pastry. Then cut 3-4 circles out of the puff pastry using a cereal bowl or a small plate. If the puff pastry is not enough, you can roll it out a little thinner with a rolling pin so that you get more surface.
  3. Cut the tomatoes and the goat cheese roll into slices.
  4. Place the puff pastry circles on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Now place the tomato and cheese slices alternately in a circle on the puff pastry like a roof tile, leaving an edge of approx. 1 cm on the outside. Season with pepper, salt, a little sugar and oregano. Place a sprig of rosemary on each of the tarts.
  5. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Serve hot!
  6. Tastes very tasty as a starter or snack.
  7. It is better not to eat the rosemary sprig, but you can pluck the small leaves from the stem and eat with you.
