Ingredients
- 2 onions)

- 1 chilli pepper (s), red
- 500 g tomato (s), fresh
- 2 tablespoon basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 0.5 can ½ tomato (s), happened
- 600 ml vegetable stock
- salt
- Tabasco
- 4 tablespoon crème fraîche or sour cream

- Finely chop the onions and garlic. Core and dice the fresh tomatoes and chilli. Sweat briefly in olive oil. Add the tomatoes and the broth.
- Add the basil, parsley, balsamic vinegar, salt and Tabasco and simmer for about 20 minutes. Then puree and serve with a dollop of crème fraîche.
