Ingredients

  • 1 kg tomato (s)
  • 50 g butter
  • 60 g flour
  • 450 ml milk
  • 125 ml cream
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • Salt and pepper, nutmeg
  • 250 g mozzarella
  • 0.5 ½ bunch basil
  • 200 g lasane plate (s)

Instructions

  1. Scald the tomatoes, peel and cut into slices. Dice the mozzarella. Wash and finely chop the basil.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan and sweat the flour in it. Add milk, cream and stock while stirring. Let the sauce simmer for 3 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Take off the stove.
  3. Grease a baking dish. Spread some of the sauce in the pan. Spread a layer of lasagne sheets in the pan. Mix the tomatoes, mozzarella and basil and place on the plates. Pour the sauce over it, then lasagne again, then the filling, continue in this way until all the ingredients are used up (finish with the filling).
  4. Bake at 200 ° C for about 40 minutes.
