- 5 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
- salt and pepper

- Quarter the tomatoes, cut the onions into rings and finely chop the garlic. Make a marinade from balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper and sugar and mix all the ingredients with it.
- Chill the salad and let it steep for at least 3 hours, but it is tastiest if it is made the day before, only it is then no longer as crunchy.
