  • 4 stalk / s basil
  • 10 olives, green, pickled in broth
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • chili
  • some lemon zest
  • some parmesan

Instructions

  1. Wash the tomatoes and cut into pieces. Pluck the basil and add to the tomatoes. Add the olives too. Mix the balsamic vinegar, oil and spices and mix with the tomatoes.
  2. When serving, slice the piece of parmesan over the top.
