Tomatoes Stuffed with Cheese Salad

Here is such a festive cheese salad. Will go to New Year’s Eve snacks 2021, Bull will approve.

Directions

Cut off the top of a tomato. It will be especially beautiful if the top is cut curly. Take out the middle, cut. You can also chop the top off.
Grate cheese on a fine grater
Add the cheese to the chopped pulp, stir and let stand for 5 minutes.
Peel and crush the garlic.
Finely chop the parsley.
Add garlic, herbs, salt, sour cream to the cheese with tomato pulp. Mix well.
Stuff the tomato with the resulting salad. You can decorate stuffed tomatoes with sour cream and herbs.
