Tomatoes Stuffed with Feta Cheese and Egg

Scrambled eggs in tomatoes cook very quickly. Prepare the cheese or cottage cheese filling, add spices and sour cream – put everything in the tomatoes. Gently break the egg there, keeping the yolk intact. Put the stuffed tomatoes in the oven for a delicious breakfast or dinner in 15 minutes. Enjoy your meal!

Ingredients
- Large tomatoes – 6 pcs.
- Eggs – 6 pcs.
- Unsalted cheese (or cottage cheese) – 130 g
- Natural yogurt (or sour cream) – 2 tablespoons
- Green onions – 5 g
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper – to taste
- Ground sweet paprika – 1/2 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil (for lubricating the mold) – 2 tablespoon.
Directions
- Cut off the top of the tomato, remove the core with seeds from the tomato. In a bowl, combine chopped feta cheese, finely chopped green onions, yogurt, salt and pepper to taste, and sweet paprika.
- Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and place the tomatoes in the dish. Put 1 teaspoon in each tomato. with a slide of feta cheese.
- Break 1 egg on top, season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and place the tomatoes with feta cheese and eggs. Bake stuffed tomatoes with feta cheese and eggs for 15 minutes at 200 ° C.
- Fried eggs with feta cheese in tomatoes are ready.
