Ingredients

  • 2 packs tortellini, from the cooling shelf, approx. 400 g each
  • 2 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 400 ml cream
  • 400 g cream cheese
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3 tablespoon parmesan
  • 3 pinch (s) salt
  • 2 pinch (s) black pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) nutmeg, grated
  • 2 teaspoons oregano, dried
  • 2 teaspoons marjoram, dried

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Cut the ham and the onion into small cubes and fry them in a pan in a little oil. Deglaze with cream and bring to the boil briefly. Add the processed cheese and let it melt while stirring.
  3. When the cheese has melted add the parmesan and egg yolks. With salt, pepper,
  4. Season the nutmeg, oregano and marjoram to taste and bring to the boil again.
  5. Serve the dish immediately.
  6. A recipe for little sinners because of the calories, but very tasty.
