Ingredients
- 1 packet tortellini with a spinach cheese filling
- 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
- 2 tomato (s)
- 1 cup salad cream, light
- 1 cup natural yogurt
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- salt and pepper
- in Chives, rolls

- Boil the tortellini in salted water according to the instructions on the package and allow to cool.
- Quarter and core the tomatoes. Peel the cucumber, cut into quarters and remove the stones. Cut both into small cubes.
- Make a dressing from cream of lettuce, yogurt, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the tortellini and let it steep for at least 1 hour.
- White bread tastes good with it.
