Ingredients
- 4 packs tortellini, vacuum-drawn
- 6 tomato (s)
- 2 cucumber (s)
- 4 cloves garlic, fresher
- 1 bag basil (frozen)
- 1 glass Miracel Whip Balance
- 2 cups sour cream or crème fraiche
- salt and pepper

- Cook the tortellini al dente according to the instructions on the packet, then drain and allow to cool.
- In the meantime, peel the cucumbers if necessary, then grate them into fine sticks. Wash the tomatoes and cut into small pieces. Put the vegetables in a large bowl. Then press or peel the garlic cloves, cut into very small pieces and add. Add the basil. Add Miracel Whip and sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Mix everything together and finally fold in the cooked tortellini.
- The salad tastes best when it has steeped for a few hours.
- Also suitable for vegetarians.
