Ingredients
- 1 packet tortellini, e.g. with cheese or mushroom filling
- 0.25 ¼ iceberg lettuce
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 4 mushrooms
- 0.5 can ½ corn
- 2 tomato (s)
- 0.5 ½ onion (s)
- Cheese, e.g. Gouda
- Vegetables, sorts your choice
For the sauce:
- 1 cup sour cream
- salt and pepper
- Herbs, e.g. parsley
- 1 squirt lemon juice
- 1 pinch (s) sugar

- Cook the tortellini according to the instructions on the packet and then leave to cool.
- Meanwhile, cut the iceberg lettuce into small pieces, dice the peppers, slice the mushrooms, dice the tomatoes, chop the onions and dice the Gouda. Put everything in a bowl and mix well.
- For the sauce, season the sour cream with salt, pepper, herbs, a dash of lemon juice and a pinch of sugar. Then add the sauce to the salad and stir well.
- Tip:
- The salad tastes delicious even with tortellini that is still warm.
