Ingredients
- 2 pt tortellini with spinach filling
- 200 g yourt
- 50 g mayonnaise
- 4 wild garlic leaves
- Vinegar, (white wine vinegar)
- 5 slices cooked ham
- 10 cocktail tomatoes
- salt and pepper

- Cook the tortellini in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
- Meanwhile, mix the yogurt with mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
- Wash the wild garlic leaves and cut into small pieces; Dice ham and tomatoes.
- Mix the tortellini with wild garlic, ham, tomatoes and the yoghurt cream and season to taste again.
- The salad tastes particularly good if it has been covered in the refrigerator for a few hours to sit through.
