  • 1 liter milk
  • 12 egg (s)
  • 8 tablespoon sugar
  • Vanilla as desired (pod or extract)

Instructions

  1. Melt (caramelize) three tablespoons of sugar in a saucepan and then completely wet the inside of the saucepan with the caramel. Let the pot cool down.
  2. Add the eggs to the milk and whisk thoroughly with a whisk, add the vanilla and sugar (scrape out the vanilla from the pod), mix well. Pour this mixture into the prepared saucepan and cook on the electric stove at 150 degrees for two hours. Fresh fruits or fruit sauce go well with it, but can also be served neat.
