- 3 slices toast bread, (wholemeal), large
- 3 egg (s)
- 3 slices processed cheese
- 3 slices Parma ham, Italian
- salt and pepper

- First fry the ham until crispy. Fry the eggs with normal fried eggs, season. Toasting toasts. Place one slice of cheese on each egg in the pan and let it melt. Then put two fried eggs with the cheese on the first slice of toast, ham on top, then the second toast. Then the rest of the fried egg with cheese and ham - lid on, done. This is my original Triple-Egg Tower Super Sandwich and it`s awesome, but next to impossible to eat with your hands. You could of course vary it with e.g. Jalaponos or other cheese or or or
